Mergers & Acquistions
Over the years, Appalachia has been fortunate to be presented with acquisitions that are well-suited to growing our company and our offerings to our customers. Our growth has been deliberate and measured, ensuring the integrity of our business remains high.
Appalachia’s 5 Core Values are the foundation on which decisions are made. When evaluating any M&A opportunities, it is no different. Any acquisition needs to be an appropriate fit, supporting and upholding our values. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to acquire companies that not only fall in line with our core values but also support strategic direction for our company to better support our customers.
“Growth organically and through key acquisitions is in alignment with our continued efforts to expand our service capabilities and footprint.” – Mike Romano, Partner
