2024 - Appalachia Advance Event
Appalachia Advance2024 was held November 11, 2024, marking the third anniversary of the annual conference. The full-day event, held at Heritage Hills Golf Resort in York, PA kept to the previous year’s format which included general sessions as well as breakout sessions and roundtable discussions, allowing for specific focus on technical and leadership topics. This year’s event was sponsored by LevelBlue, McKonly & Asbury, and the Technology Council of Central PA, with additional representation from industry associations CompTIA, MITRE, Lancaster Chamber, and the Philly Tech Council.
2023 - Appalachia Advance Event
Appalachia Advance2023 marked the 2nd annual CyberTech event, with an expanded full-day format that included general sessions, as well as technical and leadership breakout tracks. Advance2023 drew leading cybersecurity experts from across the country, representing some of the largest global cybersecurity and technology companies, as well as industry vendors. With experts from AT&T and Google, the FBI, and experts from area organizations and Appalachia, attendees were provided practical information that could be applied to their organizations immediately.
2022 - "Don't Gamble with Your Cybersecurity" Event
On October 19, 2022, Appalachia Technologies hosted a half-day cybersecurity event, packed with Appalachia’s leading cybersecurity experts and global cybersecurity vendors to update and educate attendees on the latest threats to organizational security while offering practical solutions. Additionally, we gathered a panel of CISOs from within our community that shared the challenges they have faced and how they addressed them.
