The passive monitoring has also shown its’ worth time and again with early warnings and notifications that have prevented larger more costly problems.

One other thing I appreciate is that I can go to Appalachia and not have to worry about a pushy sales pitch. When they add new products or services they think I might be interested in they come to me and let me know they have it available, but it isn’t a transactional relationship. I can go to them with a project and they will give me the solution that’s the best fit for my situation, not the one that happens to be the sales item of the month.
