- We're still talking about the same challenges in cybersecurity because they remain high-value attack points. Be cautious not to chase the shiny new "thing" while sacrificing the basics.
- A proactive GRC strategy is essential. Organizations must prepare for upcoming policy changes and mandates before they are enacted, rather than relying on the government for direction.
- AI - so many good conversations! AI is here and its use cannot be ignored. If the people who want humane, thoughtful uses of AI opt out of the conversation, then who gets to define it? It will be the people who have the most to gain and the least to lose.
- When it comes to supporting your staff or team's mental health, you absolutely have to know your people. Similar to cybersecurity, you need to know their baseline so you can detect when something is off.
