Appalachia has been great! They are very responsive and have a terrific support portal that helps you see a complete picture of what is happening with issues that arise. They are very proactive and will often make suggestions for improvements that make our systems even better. Appalachia Tech does a great job for us as our Security Operations Center. The 24x7 monitoring and incident response helps me be able sleep at night. We also ask Appalachia Tech to do internal security assessments and external penetration assessments. When weaknesses are found, Appalachia Tech advises on the proper course of action to close the gaps. The staff is amicable and knowledgeable, and quick to take action.
